The award was made via the Army ITES-3S IDIQ Contract vehicle, a source for purchasing a full range of CONUS and OCONUS services and solutions.The ARANG’s Environmental Branch staff sought to streamline services related to the Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center (FCJMTC) Outdoor Recreation Program. The web portal gives ARANG the ability to upload detailed and timely facility information, manage recreation activities, issue permits to the public for hunting, fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities on the 44,000-acre wildlife management area. In addition, the tool digitizes many of the paper-based, time-consuming processes for this organization; and allows the public greater ease of access to enjoying nature.ASSYST has an exemplary record in providing technology solutions to support Green initiatives.
